On May 1st the labour day, my wife took my kids to kidzania the most happening place for kids in Malaysia. It was open in January 2012 and the place is made for kids, between age 4 to 14 years. I agreed, so i did not go. I just stayed at home enjoying the holiday. it's the 11th outlets after Dubai UAE.
The History
KidZania was created and developed by Mexican entrepreneur Xavier López Ancona, current KidZania CEO. The first KidZania opened in September 1999 in Santa Fe Shopping Mall in Mexico City, and was named La Ciudad de los Niños ("The City of the Children").

The place for me has a unique concept to the kids world. During my time, i never dream of being a pilot, fireman or a chef in a place made especially for me. What i did and may be most of my peers, we made the place or game tools from boxes and sticks. We did have games called "masak-masak" (cooking games) or "askar" (war games). The concept is open to surroundings with no air-condition. It very cheap.
Kidzania however has a different atmosphere, it's air-conditioned, very cozy and quite expensive. The entrance fee cost RM50.00 per kid and RM30.00 per adult. There are also other cost inside. Care to see the pictures.

It was a fruitful trips, although it was costly nevertheless my kids has a first hand experience on their future. They might not think it now but from what I've read, kids will learn from experiences.
